Appointments

To set an appointment, please follow the 4 steps below:

1) Check our private fees and insurance information here.

3) Request an appointment with your chosen therapist here.

4) Finally, check your email for a message confirming your appointments and with a link to your paperwork.

For couples counseling sessions:
If you are scheduling a couples counseling session, please enter different emails for each partner/spouse, and be aware that each of you will have to complete your own individual paperwork. According to the HIPAA confidentiality law, nobody can complete the paperwork for their partner/spouse.
