How To Know If You Are Suffering From An Anxiety Attack
You wake to the sound of your alarm. You reach over to your nightstand and turn it off before removing the covers and getting out of bed. Reaching your arms over your head, you let out a big sigh. You’re well-rested and ready for whatever the day has to throw your way… or so you thought.
Everything was fine when you were getting ready for the day. You completed your skincare routine, brushed your teeth, combed your hair, and picked out your outfit with no issues.
But then you left the comfort of your own home. While you were in the car, your heart started beating faster, you felt like you were choking, and you started to feel sick to your stomach.
Here’s how to know if you are suffering from an anxiety attack.
