Our focus is on your wellbeing, however you define it. We believe counseling, coaching & psychotherapy are important resources that can make a difference in anyone’s life. Life is short and full of experiences, and no one needs to go through challenging times alone.
We offer in-person and online sessions at your convenience.

We also believe that the relationships we form in childhood have an impact throughout one’s life. For this reason, we offer therapy to most age groups: children (over 7 years old), teenagers, adults, couples, families and groups.

Our therapists will help you connect with your own strengths, create and develop your relationships and intimacy with loved ones, process past challenges that still affect you, and discern how to move on with your life.

We are only accepting only BCBS, Health Partners, out-of-network, and self-pay. Only therapist Adria Booth-Tyler takes UHC.
